With Quick Refill, your patients can quickly order refills simply by entering their phone # and Rx # on your store’s website or through the App.

  • There is No Enrolment required -100% of your patients can order from the first day of installation.
  • Prescription orders appear in the “To-do” section of your dispensary system. (Fillware, Kroll, PharmaClick Rx, WinRx)

 

 Patient Profile Access

Patient Profile provides a more detailed view of the medication profile using a Card # and Password on your store’s website or through the app (Enrolment required)

  • Your patients can manage their medications, refill -prescriptions with visual ordering (profile contains medication images).
  • If you own multiple stores, you can offer your patients the option of seeing their profile from all your stores,

iPhone and Android App

With your very own store branded app for the iPhone and Android, your patients are able to:

  • Refill prescriptions using just an Rx# and Phone# (Quick Refill)

 Text Refills

For those tech savvy patients or those who would rather use their phone over an app or the website to refill a prescription, Text Refills allow patients to refill Rx’s simply by texting (SMS) in their Rx’s right from their phone. Example : Refill 123456, 123445.

  • The prescriptions appear in the “To-do” section of your dispensary system.
  • 1-800 Text # also available.
  • A 1-800 number is assigned to your store or group of stores
  • If your patients want to refill a Rx, they would text the 1-800 # to order
  • If you own multiple stores, you can use the same 1-800 for all your stores.

 

 Pickup Notifications

Give your patients the time to run their errands while their prescriptions are being filled.

Send them an email or text message when their prescriptions are ready. Great for curb-side pickup as well.

Pickup notifications are fully customizable and convenient for all.

 

 Refill Reminders

Staying on top of medication refills is a full time job. Central Profile Refill Reminders has you covered! 

Easy to use and fully customizable, the reminder will send an email or text  to your patients before their Rx(s) are due. It will also include a re-order link to make things extra easy.

Our cloud based IVR solution gives your patients the ability to refill their prescriptions over the phone. (No Hardware Required)
